Reservation / Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit to hold any reservation.
Camping is a wonderful outdoor experience. We do not give refunds for early departure or inclement weather. Our ability to re-rent the accommodation or campsite is limited based on the notice provided; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations.
The following refund policy applies to cancelled reservations based on the notice given in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Note we have a minimum cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
- more than 60 days - full deposit refunded less one night's stay
- less than 60 days - no deposit refunded
Check-in / Check-out Times
It is important to us that our campsites and rental units are clean and ready when our guests arrive and we suggest the following check in/out guidelines:
Accommodations:
- Check-in no earlier than 3:00PM
- Check-out no later than 10:00AM
Camping:
- Check-in no earlier than 1:00PM
- Check-out no later than 12:00 Noon
Please inform us if you desire alternate arrangements.
